AppInit DLLs contains a list of applications (in dll form) that will be started when user32.dll is loaded. Since many Windows executables use the user32.dll to run, any application that is invloked in AppInit DLLs will loaded also causing the programs to be loaded within multiple processes including core stystem processes. The user32.dll file is used by processes that are automatically started by Windows when a user logs on causing these applications to be loaded very early in the Windows startup routine.
