What is Guard.ICQ?

By Mail.ru

Download Boost and enjoy your PC. Remove Guard.ICQ from your PC.
Typical installation path: C:\Program Files\guard-icq\
Description from Mail.ru
Practice safe chatting: ICQ Guard is designed specifically to protect your personal files and data when using ICQ and ICQ-based chat and messaging systems. The program supports all versions of ICQ up to latest 2002a. ICQ Guard resides in the system tray and watches outgoing and incoming TCP packets. When it detects an ICQ bomb or an ICQ-oriented virus, it stops them cold -- quickly and invisibly, like a trained Swiss mercenary.
