Approved shell extension - twext.dll has a CLSID (globally unique identifier) of {596AB062-B4D2-4215-9F74-E9109B0A8153}. When the system detects that the user is downloading an external program that runs as part of the Windows user interface, the system searches for a digital certificate or requests that the user approve the action.
